Echo Farms Golf & Country Club

    Description

    Description

The Club Facilities includes an eighteen-hole championship golf course
designed by Gene Hamm and opened in 1974. A later re-design in 1998 by re-nowned British architect Ian Scott Taylor, changed the course giving it a more Scottish-links feel. The course offers challenge and enjoyment for all levels of golfing skill with four sets of tee placements providing play from approximately 5000 to a little over 7000 yards. The newly renovated greens to Tiff-Eagle Bermuda grass, are among the finest in the Cape Fear region. The course lies adjacent to the Cape Fear River and has been designed to utilize the natural features of the coastal terrain.
