The course rating is 69.9 and it has a slope rating of 107 on Bermuda grass. Designed by George W. Cobb, ASGCA/(R) Dave Posterlwait, the Raleigh 1 golf course opened in 1929. Ronnie Casper manages the course as the General Manager/Golf Professional.
