Greenville, SC (4/23/09) – Bill Palmer of Bluffton, SC and Logan Jackson of Winston-Salem, NC fired a championship record total of 195 to win the tournament by three strokes over defending champions Paul Simson and Don Detweiler of Raleigh, NC.

Palmer and Jackson posted three consecutive rounds of 65 on the newly renovated Riverside course at Greenville Country Club. Their bogey-free final round included six birdies. The victory is their first Carolinas Senior Four-Ball Championship title and the third CGA title for Logan Jackson (2007, 2008 North Carolina Senior Four-Ball)
