From Eseeola Lodge at Linville Golf Club to Boone Golf Club and More!

The North Carolina High Country is a distinct region in Western North Carolina that encompasses many of the NC Ski Resorts and well known North Carolina Attractions. Many of the ski resorts transform into golf and tennis resorts in the warmer months, which makes the NC High Country a highly visited four season vacation destination. Home to a variety of popular NC Mountain Attractions including Grandfather Mountain, The Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, and Linville Caverns, the North Carolina High Country is a wonderful place to visit for a quick getaway and an even better location to own a second home. Many of the High Country’s golf clubs are private, however, there several resort courses and a few public courses that we recommend playing. Take a look at some of our favorite North Carolina Golf Courses in the High Country. The mountain towns of Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Linville, Newland and West Jefferson are all unforgettable places that offer plenty in the realm of great golf vacations.
