Rumbling Bald Resort in Lake Lure NC has hired Adam Bowles as the new head golf professional.

Bowles has already taken over operations at the mountain golf resort according to the Hendersonville Lightning. After joining the PGA of America in 2009, Bowles was the assistant pro at Briar Creek in Raleigh and then moved to High Point to be the head pro at Willow Creek at the High Point Country Club.

Prior to joining the Rumbling Bald Resort staff, he was the director of golf at Meadowlands Golf Club in Winston-Salem. Bowles graduated from High Point University in 2001 with a degree in sports management.
