The cold, normally, isn’t very good for golfers.. However, Lonnie Poole Golf Course at North Carolina State is giving you a reason to like when the mercury goes down.

The course wants you to go low this winter with a special rate. The rate you may ask? Simply, the high temperature of the day.

During Monday-Thursday, the most you will play for a round of golf is $59, but if the temperature barely breaks 40 degrees you will get a round for $40.

The weekend sees the maximum special rate for $59 and the minimum is $50. The special is valid until Feb. 28.
